2007 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 36D Motorhome

Sale Price $87,500

Limited viewing times this summer as we continue to enjoy our motorcoach. Contact us for locations and time-frames.

This is Fleetwood’s top-of-the-line class A gas motor coach. It offers comfort and amenities usually only found in coaches costing much more. We greatly enjoy this motorhome but circumstances warrant that we must sell it. All reasonable offers will be considered.

FMC Magazine article about the Pace Arrow. Lot's of good information here.

Here’s a link to a YouTube Video that shows a Pace Arrow 36D very similar to ours (except for the washer/dryer)

Some of the standard and optional items on this coach:

Workhorse W24 chassis, Allison transmission, aluminum wheels, 8.1L V8 engine, 2 roof mounted ducted air conditioners, two furnaces, electric/gas water heater, Onan 5.5KW generator, sirius satellite radio, auto locating satellite receiver, automatic leveling jacks, back-up camera, bedroom slideout, full wall (23 ft) slideout -- both with slide awnings, electric sun visor, massive 150 cu ft. of exterior storage, queen size bed, full bath at rear plus another half bath mid-ship, convection microwave oven, sealed glass-top stove, corian countertops, two door side-by-side refrigerator (electric/gas), 26 inch LCD television up front, sofa sleeper, ultraleather furniture, fixed dinette w/ under seat storage, lots of interior storage, and much more.

Sliding doors separate the living area from the bedroom and also the bedroom from the rear bathroom. The additional television in the kitchen area (recent model w/ multiple HDMI and USB inputs) allows viewing from the dining table or the couch without having to look up to the front overhead TV (although, that's still an option). We usually bring movies on a USB hard drive to watch when weather doesn't allow us to venture out as we'd like.

What's really nice about this motorhome is that it only takes minutes to set up -- park, set parking brake, deploy levelers (a single button press), extend slides (two button pressses this time) - enjoy vacation.

One hint that I always try to pass on to fellow campers -- invest in a set of cheap FRS handheld radios (GMRS, if you have the required license). They make initial setup communications much less stressful and later can be used for fun (not that setup isn't fun :-).
